Racoon Outdoor sends all international packages via GLS. Shipping costs vary from country to country - we kindly ask you to please refer to our shipping rates at checkout. 

When will your goods be delivered?
Delivery takes approx. 2 -10 business days. 

What happens if there is an error in the delivery address?
If the goods cannot be delivered because we have received incorrect address information, they will be sent back to us. We will notify you when we have received the returned goods, so that you can subsequently place a new order with the correct address. An item sent back to us costs you 8€ in return shipping.

What happens if the recipient does not want to receive the goods?
If you do not wish to receive your goods, you can refuse to receive the package. If this is the case, the goods will be returned to us. We will notify you when we have received the returned goods. An item sent back to us costs you 8€ in return shipping.
