Color: OrganoTex BioCare Sport Textile Wash (100 ML) -
Gentle readily biodegradable wash for water repellent functional fabrics in shells, padded ski/outdoor garments, rain garments and urban outdoor coats/jackets. When using this gentle wash, the initial DWR (durable water repellent) finish will last longer. Also, when washing your garment, the impregnation (DWR) will be reactivated, because also dirt will affect the water droplets to pearl off. When the fabric has been worn or washed out, we recommend to re-impregnate with OrganoTex® Wash-In or Spray-On Textile Waterproofing.
Why use a special detergent for functional garments?
In “regular” detergents there are strong chemicals that will wash out the initial impregnation faster. A regular detergent also leaves chemical residue in the fabrics that will block the pores and you losing the fabrics functions, especially the breathability.
PFC free DWRs (impregnations) is more sensitive to normal washing detergent than historically when textile water repellency finish was based on the harmful chemical Fluorocarbons (PFCs).
DWR= Durable Water Repellency, a finish on the outer layer that will keep the water drop lets pearl off. It´s necessary for the fabric’s functionality, to keep the outer layer dry so it maintains the air permeability.
INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO USE: 1) Shake the bottle and make sure the detergents compartments are clean 2) Add 40 ml (soft water) and 60 ml (hard water) into detergent compartment for up to 3 garments or 4-5 kg. Do not use rinse aid! 3) Wash at temperature according to washing instructions 4) Dry according to washing instructions, if possible, preferably tumble dry or drying cabinet to reactivate the DWR (Durable Water Repellent finish).
(Do not use on wool- or down because of enzymes, look instead for OrganoTex Wool&Down Wash).
This product is readily biodegradable, high concentrated and high biobased contents. Classified as nontoxic and non harmful for nature according CLP.

Exchanges If you would like to exchange a product please return the original product/s as described below.
In order to be able to process your return: Fill out the return form with customer and goods information.
What amount will be refunded when I return goods? If you return the entire order, you will be refunded the amount you paid at the time of purchase. That means including shipping costs minus the costs for the return. If you return fewer items than the entire order, you will only be refunded for the items you are returning.
Once we have received and processed your order, the money will be credited to your account after 10-12 working days. The amount will be transferred to the account that you used when purchasing.
Refund if you have a new card or your card has been blocked If you would like to cancel your purchase and return the goods, but your account details have changed in the meantime, please contact our customer service department at email@example.com before returning the goods. We will then find an alternative repayment option.

Claim You have 2 years of complaint on all items purchased from racoonoutdoor.com. This means, depending on the specific situation, that the items will either be repaired or exchanged, or that you will receive your money back or a price reduction.
